The Conference Exhibition Booth/Individual Registration fee entitlement includes:

  • Admission of one person to all conference sessions
  • Admission of one person to all meal functions (one reception, two dinners, two lunches and four coffee Breaks)
  • One Raffle Ticket for the Grand Door Prize at the Closing Dinner
  • Program Booklet

Optional Items

  • Saturday Bus Tour leave Hilton at 9:00 a.m. to Hanauma Bay (9:30 -9:45 am), Halona Blowhole Lookout (10:00 – 10:15 a.m.), Tropical Farm – Macadamia Nuts Outlet (11:00 -11:15 a.m. free sample macadamia coffee and nuts), Kualoa Ranch (11:30 a.m.-12:15 pm, lunch on your own), Pearl Harbor National Memorial (from 1:00 to 3:00 pm), Ko Olina Beach Resort (3:30 to 4:30 pm Coffee break on your own at Four seasons Hotel/Disney Hotel and strolling at four beach lagoons), and $140 HAWAIIAN LUAU PACKAGE Dinner at Paradise Cove (5:00 pm to 8:45 pm): $200 per person. returned to Hilton by 9:30 pm

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing or email) on or before April 30, 2023. No refund will be made thereafter.
